Whimsical, spontaneous, Flo really goes with the flow! She’s fiercely loyal to her friend Penny, and knows that they will always have each other’s backs, whatever the adventure.

Butch
Penny’s ex-finacé, Butch is a former high school football star and a muscle-bound teddy bear. He and Penny are both good people, but they really weren’t meant for each other.
Beth
Butch’s new love is a glamorous fitness influencer. She’s secretly (or sometimes openly) jealous of the affection she thinks Butch still holds for Penny, and this leads to some hilarious misadventures.
Sak
The hot single dad who co-inherits the Grand Thai Hotel with Penny. They have to get along for business reasons… and maybe other reasons.
Bee
Sak’s young daughter has plenty of moxie, and takes out some of her energy practicing kick-boxing. She thinks her dad is too strict with her, but maybe Penny could be a helpful influence…
Busaba
The ageing hotel manager, and a certified Golden Keys concierge. She had high standards for renovating the Grand Thai Hotel, and many stories to tell of its classy heyday.
Anong
Penny’s former neighbour in Maine, and basically her second mother, she came into Penny’s life early, and has stood by her through triumph and tragedy. Now the tragedy is that Anong has died, leaving Penny and Sak her hotel.
Chart
Chart says that he wants to create an eco-preserve with the hotel’s lands… but does he really? Penny and Flo aren’t at all sure he can be trusted…
